In many ways, it is a secret sort of ritual, and it is passed on after living and studying and experiencing the tantra lifestyle. True, there are many aspects of tantra that is available through books, but not all of the aspects, of the most important ones. It’s important to understand that it is not a form of witchcraft or magic. It won’t automatically change every aspect of your life. But is a path to enlightenment, a road to a sort of peace that you can only achieve when you are at one with higher power, or God.
The tantra yoga system emphasizes the latent powers in the seven chakras. That means that the popular kundalini system of yoga is actually tantric, because it also emphasizes unlocking the power chakras by using the amazing untapped kundalini energy at the base of the spine.
