There are many websites that provide pictures and detailed instructions for free yoga routines, and they range from the most basic to options to far more advanced and difficult poses.


Another way to find free yoga routines is to simply seek out friends, family members, and acquaintances that already practice yoga. People deeply involved in the methods and routines are generally happy to share, because yoga has so many different benefits, and there are so many good reasons to want to participate. Because yoga began as meditation, and is still mainly interested in meditation and enlightenment, it doesn’t only help your body become fit, it also helps your spiritual and emotional life. There are also many community classes that are open to anybody for a nominal fee—usually just enough to pay the instructor. While it’s not quite free, it’s certainly affordable, and beneficial if you are the type of person who needs direct instruction.
